Clarification on issuance of Experience Certificate to Contractor who has completed work but final bill pending duly registering in CFMS

: The experience certificate can be issued to extent of physical quantities completed & value of work done but yet to be paid with present status of payment. But for financial turn over, we can not issue certificate till payment made by PAO. Just sharing my views. Regards Dr ISNRaju
